2023-03-02 11:45 - Our hosting partner has identified a hardware error in their network equipment which is the likely cause of the communication between back-end and front-end not working. Technicians are on site to replace the hardware and we hope that resolves the communication issue. We update with new information as soon as we can.

Yesterday it became apparent that we had 2 issues in production. It manifests in a couple of ways like seemingly corrupted images when publishing as well as looking like lost files during publishing and lost history when commenting. These issues are now identified as two separate bugs. One is solved and fixed in production, the other is under investigation. Please note that this only applies to the created formats when publishing. The original file in QBank is not corrupt and no  data has been lost.

The replacement is done to increase stability and performance while future proofing the storage capabilities of QBank.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[The storage solution is currently unresponsive which causes subsequent server's requests to timeout. This causes the application to be unavailable. Technicians are working to resolve the issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

Update: We have switched to the backup solution to resolve the reliability issues. This means that some data is not in sync. We are working as quickly as we can to bring the current solution into sync. We want to be clear here; NO data is lost, it is merely not synced to the current production storage solution yet. We hope to have all data synced within the hour.

Update 2: All data is now synced! We are monitoring the situation.]]></description>

            <title><![CDATA[Unresponsive storage solution]]></title>

            <description><![CDATA[A storage solution server is temporarily unresponsive, causing the system to take a long time to respond. Which in turn causes the system to time out in some cases. Technicians are working on it!

Update: We are seeing intermittent server issues where the storage solution server works for a while but becomes unresponsive again shortly after.

Update 2: All services are now operationsledningen again, But with limiter performance to reduce the chance of issues from occuring again.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[Today at around 10:00 AM CST we started receiving messages from some customers that our wildcard certificate was revoked. After some investigation and with the help of ssl.com that issued the certificate it appears that ssl.com (Due to an unexpected incident) had revoked our certificate by accident.

We will keep a dialogue with ssl.com to make sure this does not happen again.
