Backend Performance issues on storage

All files and permissions have been verified on the new storage area for all customers.

Backend Permission issues on new storage

After the switch to new storage we are seeing some customers with permission problems when either publishing, un-publishing or uploading new versions of previews and/or thumbnails. We are taking measures to mitigate these issues.

Backend Poor performance on shared storage

Performance issues have been identified and is caused by one or more disks with errors, the whole storage system is taken offline and is replaced by backups taken earlier. Files uploaded during the day will be synced and will be available soon.
