Backend Performance issues

We are experiencing stability issues in one of the underlying services. We are actively trying to identify the root cause to be able to fix the issue. In the meantime, upload and publishing might be affected.

2021-12-23: We have updated the affected services to the latest versions and have now experienced 24 hours without interruptions. We are hopeful that the issue is resolved, but will continue to monitor the situation.

2021-12-24: Everything has been stable for 48 hours. No sign of any remaining issues.
