Backend High loads during download, we are for some time limiting numer of multi-downloads to 10 assets to manage the processing queue

We are experiencing challenges with our performance while performing multi-downloads often resulting in a timeout error in the web browser. While working on a solution we have for the time being limited the number of possible multi-downloads to 10 assets at the time to better manage the processing queue. Downloading assets one by one as also working as expected.

We hope to be able to open up for more multi-downloads eventually.
